The Southport Macmillan Centre is a community based support and information service for people affected by cancer, as well as their family, friends and carers. It is also a signposting service which has been developed jointly between Macmillan Cancer Support and Southport & Formby Clinical Commissioning Group. 

 Sefton Council for Voluntary Service (CVS) is an independent registered charity with a borough-wide brief to assist and support voluntary community and faith sector (VCF) activity across Sefton, Merseyside. 

Southport & West Lancs Prostate Cancer Support Group members all have one thing in common - they have all been through the same traumatic experience and come out the other side, thanks to a variety of treatments. Their aim is to use their combined experiences to help, inform and reassure men, their partners and families when they are faced with prostate cancer. The group also includes Health Care Professionals, who can provide with additional help.
